Measure Trainee Shiro's Power Level with Scouter

It's safe here, but there would be danger everywhere. Therefore, you must learn how to use the Scouter because when you equip the Scouter, you are able to measure your opponent's Power Level.

I am sure that you know how to use it, so it's better to make sure it's still working. Use T Key to open the power of Scouter, then choose your target and measure its Power Levels.

After measuring, use T Key again to close the power. If you are not sure, click H Keyto open Help.
