Aren't you afraid of ghosts? A ghost must be calm down.

Because Frieza's Army is making trouble around here, the ghosts get angry, but our strength alone cannot calm them down. It seems that someone has to fight him well before he can vent his anger, you, would you like to help us calming them down?

This...the name of the ghost is Spirit of King Tocco... It should be on the northwest side of King Tocco's Tomb.
