Go southeast to Junk Hole, and you'll see Recycling Robot.
Some of them seem to be malfunctioning lately, not handling the garbage properly.
So go check it out, and if you find any malfunctions, just dispose of them.
If you need to dispose of them, it's just a matter of destroying them, so it's not difficult.
Once it's done, go to West Clinic Field and inform Head Spy Ben.
