Problem of entering closed mines

Problem of entering closed mines

Let's meet Capsule Corp Energy's Niji.

I am at the entrance of this HoiPoi Mine with Researcher Win for our own research. But there's one problem.

You need permission from the Capsule Corp Energy to get in here. I also belong to the Capsule Corp, but I have to get permission from where I manage it.

At last, there's a researcher Niji at Energy in this abandoned mine area so please look for Where, is it... *munch munch*. I'd appreciate it if you could get him a permit to enter HoiPoi Mine.
