Mission Success Report
Report the defeat of Shelter Manager Wickander to Security Guard Suu and Guard Captain Parker, then report to Zion.
Since you're heading to the valley anyway, go inform Guard Captain Parker and Security Guard Suu the Shelter Manager and Mira's Army about the extermination!
And it's best to also inform Zion in Guard Camp! Although I was preparing a report, she must be anxious now.
