Go to Grand Skill Master Kai Wu.

Before you leave, I want to tell you one last thing. Since you are now a Turtle Hermit, this means the way you fight now will be different compared to how you used to fight as a Spiritualist. So I suggest you to go to a Skill Master if you want to learn more powerful way of fighting as a Turtle Hermit. Go to Grand Skill Master at Korin Forest.
