Find Dragon Clan Parker's baggage in Pillar Village.

There's no way... I haven't collected information about Red Pants Army or Splish Splash Sewer for a while now.

So if you give me some information, I will share what I know.

But before that, I want to know if you are ready to help others.

I lost my baggage in Pillar Village and I have hard time finding it, can you help me?
