Attempt to talk to Bugan, who appears to be a member of Frieza's Army.
There's a kid named Bugan, he's wandering around the north side of Spaceship Field. He looks like a Frieza's Army soldier, he seems so peaceful, maybe he's hiding something. Go ask him if there's anything wrong with him. If you see there's a problem with this Frieza's army soldier, then that will be our best opportunity to catch him.
