Bring Marnomi's report to Heimer.

Huh, Those Red Pants Army guys seem to be a bit mischievous.

Oh, hi! My name is Manomi, and I'm working on restoring the Red Ribbon Army ruins.

But I still have to submit a report, so will you help me send a report about this relic investigation to Heimer?

Heimer is at Macada Watchtower.
