Evil Sacrifices
Inform Security Guard Suu about Mira's Army's lurking around Guard Camp.
To replenish insufficient Kiri energy, that's the best way, but why didn't I think of it sooner?
Just head southwest, and you'll find a group of fools gathered at Guard Camp.
Although they're said to be assisting Mira's Army, they're not official Mira's Army members.
If we can extract Kiri from them, we'll be closer to the target value. Hehe.
