Talk to Civil Rescue Team Captain.

Ah! You're going to help me, right?

The local rescue team is always busy, even with trivial things, so I need to find help elsewhere.

Recently, as the amount of invaders is increasing, looting around here is getting worse.

Just yesterday, a group of residents who had their belongings stolen came to me and complained for hours.

But we have our own patrol missions, and they are busy, can't deal with every single resident issue...

I don't know if it will help, but can you please go tell Civil Rescue Team Captain that the looting in the area has gotten worse?

Maybe the captain has a solution.
